Description

Three functional rooms are designed for focus groups, trainings, business meetings and small seminars.

The transformable space allows you to use different seating arrangements: "theater", "classroom"or "round table". 

The halls are equipped with digital communication systems and plasma panels for broadcasting presentations. Chairs with individual desks for taking notes are installed. The rooms are equipped with climate control and high-speed Wi-Fi is available.

The rental format includes the possibility to order accompanying catering and coffee breaks.

FAQ

  • Can you tell me how far it is from the hotel to the sea and what kind of beach do you have?
    The hotel is located about 500 meters from the coast. We have our own spacious pebble beach, which is reached by a well-maintained footpath through the park area, and a panoramic elevator is provided for a comfortable descent.
  • Are the pools open in winter and is the water heated?
    Yes, there are heated pools on site, including a large indoor swimming complex. They work all year round, so you can swim comfortably even in cool weather.
  • What is the format of meals? Are there any dishes suitable for children?
    Meals are served in a buffet style with a wide selection of hot dishes, snacks, fresh vegetables and fruits. The menu always includes diet dishes, soups and porridges, which are perfect for feeding children.
  • We plan to arrive by car. Is there a parking lot on site and do I need to book it in advance?
    Secure parking is provided on site for the guests of our hotel. There is no need to book a parking space in advance, as there are usually enough available places for everyone.
  • Is it possible to come on vacation with a small dog?
    Unfortunately, the rules of the hotel do not provide for accommodation with pets. This restriction is related to sanitary standards and taking care of guests with allergic reactions.
  • Does the Wi-Fi in the rooms work well? I will need to work periodically.
    Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including rooms and public areas. The signal is stable, so you can work comfortably and make video calls.
  • Will there be anything for a preschool-age child to do on site?
    Of course, there is a children's room, a playground for our young guests, and fun animation programs are regularly held. There is also a special safe pool for children on site.
  • Do you provide a transfer service from Sochi airport or train station?
    Yes, we will be happy to arrange an individual transfer for you for an additional fee. To order the service, please contact us by phone or email a few days before your arrival.
  • We have a morning flight, is it possible to check into a room earlier than standard time?
    Early check-in is possible subject to availability and already prepared rooms at the time of your arrival at the hotel. If you want to be guaranteed to check in in the morning, we recommend that you book and pay for the early check-in service in advance.
  • How noisy is the area in the evenings? I want a quiet rest and quiet.
    Our hotel is located in a green park area, away from noisy highways and the hustle and bustle of the city. Evening animation and entertainment programs end before 23:00, so as not to disturb the restful sleep of the guests.
